Who Are Tanya and Jeff?
Tanya Wilson

Tanya runs two very successful businesses, Priority Pumping and Junk-Rite.
Tanya was born and raised in the home service/skilled industry trade. Her father and uncles were all contractors, so it is in the blood. But she's the only woman in the family that has continued in those footsteps. She has worked in the industry for over 15 years and also has 5 years experience as a graphic design/promotional coordinator for Anheuser-Busch and was a marketing and foundation director for an underserved health care center in rural Wyoming.
She has mentored dozens of service companies through many stages: from an idea to fruition. She's been there and done the things that bring success! She knows what can work and what certainly won't. She knows how to motivate people and be relatable to them because she's been at the top, lost it all and built back better than before!
She went from losing her 7-figure business to rebuilding her own in 5 years - all while being a single mother to two small kiddos.
Today she's the only 100% woman-owned septic company in the Phoenix area. Along with her business partner and best friend, Angie, she also owns the only woman-owned junk removal company in the area.
Tanya has used her experience, expertise, and coaching skills to help many women in the home service/skilled trades industry. This past year she created the community around this very niche of women called Ladies Kickin’ Ass. This group of ladies are kickin’ butt while unapologetically disrupting the stagnant blue-collar work world. These women are implementing fresh new ideas into running a service company. From social media, SEO and website optimization to online networking, office automation and email marketing, these babes are standing out from the pack with their brilliant business plans to scale their company. How do they do this? They build brand awareness and outstanding online reputations by obtaining amazing online reviews all while attracting, training, praising and retaining the best talent in the industry! Oh… and while they are crushing their work goals, they are finding their own self-worth, lovin’ partners or spouses and raising kiddos to mirror their own badass selves. No excuses here! Tanya enjoys time with her husband Jake and their Brady Bunch family of her two kiddos and his three, ranging in age from 5-13! Whether at the soccer field, in the mountains or just back-yard pool time, family time is everything to them.

Jeff left the banking industry in 2005 to found an artificial stone veneer manufacturing company, Kodiak Mountain Stone. Jeff started Kodiak Mountain Stone in Alberta, Canada and soon opened a second factory in Springville UT. Through 16 years of operation Jeff pivoted this company a number of times to take advantage of their market opportunities. This included moving into the retail business and expanding relationships with "competitors" to be able to offer an extensive line of products in addition to their own. Their main product lines included manufactured stone, natural stone, brick, and acrylic stucco.
